Golden Careers is working closely with a company providing services to affiliates and marketers. They are currently making additions to their team due to continuous growth and they’re looking for an experienced CFO.

The goal of the CFO position is to protect the company’s revenues and profits to achieve full financial control and sustainable growth.

The Company CFO will be responsible on the organization’s financial strategy. He will have to be well-versed in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking operations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Driving the company’s global financial planning.
  • Participate in the development of the corporation’s plans and programs as a strategic partner.
  • Performing risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
  • Control and evaluate the organization’s expenses
  • Ensure cash flow is appropriate and reliable for the organization’s operations
  • Supervise all finance personnel (controllers, treasurers , accountants etc.)
  • Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports.
  • Develop credibility for the finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports and financial trends, in order to assist the Board and CEO in performing their responsibilities.
  • Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
  • Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
  • Monitoring the company revenues
  • Responsible for the internal and external financial accounting & reporting of the company.
  • Ability to develop measurements & KPI’s
  • Lead/assisted fund raising activities
  • Coordinate and control external auditors
  • Support of all of the functional areas throughout the company, including accounting, information systems, purchasing, manufacturing, sales and customer service.
  • Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action.
  • Participate in continual improvement of the budgeting process through education of department managers on financial issues impacting their budgets.
  • Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization; i.e., evaluation of potential alliances acquisitions and/or mergers and pension funds and investments.
  • Be an advisor from the financial perspective on any contracts into which the corporation may enter.
  • Ensure quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements are completed accurately and timely in accordance with current regulations and/or guidelines.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as CFO for a global company
  • In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • CPA
  • BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or relevant field;
  • MSc/MBA is a plus
  • Willing to travel abroad.
  • International Tax Knowledge an advantage
