Career Masters, a well established company offering Recruitment & Selection Services is looking for an experienced Executive Recruitment Consultant for their office based in Limassol.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· Answering phone calls, handling job enquiries from clients and candidates
· Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts using a wide range of media (newspapers and websites)
· Administration of CVs and update of the recruitment process through the HR/Recruitment Software
· Identifying and approaching suitable candidates through various sources
· Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates
· Continuous communication with candidates and clients to make the relevant interview arrangements and feedback
· Keep up to date with current job openings in the local market companies
PROFILE
· Bachelor degree in Business Administration or relevant degree
Masters degree in HRM or Recruitment diploma will be considered an advantage
· At least 2-3 years experience in a Recruitment job role is needed
· Excellent communication, organisational and people skills
· Self-motivated with the ability to handle various tasks/ projects successfully
· Fluent in Greek and English languages
