Job Description
Our client is an Online Bingo and Casino Company in Cyprus and they are looking for a German Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive.
You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining one-to-one relationships with our customers in Germany. This will mainly include outbound calling and sending e-mails to ensure regular contact is kept.
We look for a team player, who can proactively approach our customers with a high level of professionalism, tolerance and empathy to ensure optimal outcomes at all times. A proven ability to forge excellent relationships with third parties to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and given priority is essential.
A perfect candidate is an excellent communicator, who can respond to customer questions, obtain customer information or possible customer leads and follow up on initial contacts
Requirements:
You must be a native German speaker
Knowledge of French/Spanish language is an advantage
Experience in a similar position (Customer Service or call centre) would be ideal
Good working knowledge of the internet and Microsoft Office packages such as word and excel
Ability to do translations
Good copy writing skills would be ideal
Adaptability, resilience, efficiency, energy and initiative
